The fluororesin "heat exchanger" uses SUPER PFA for the heat transfer tubes, and due to the stabilization of molecular terminal groups and a higher degree of crystallinity compared to conventional products, it reduces the concentration of leached fluoride ions, decreases TOC (total organic carbon), improves permeability resistance, enhances penetration resistance, and improves mechanical properties, while also providing a flatter surface. Ideal for high-purity chemical reagents!! This is a heat exchanger made of PTFE material with strong heat resistance and corrosion resistance.

In general, resin heat exchangers used in precision chemical industries, as well as in semiconductor, steelmaking, and metal surface treatment processes, have a chronic problem where leakage of chemical solutions frequently occurs at the head portion where the tubes and tube sheets are joined. The PTFE heat exchangers introduced by our company apply a special PTFE welding technology (Patent No. 0322241) to minimize the issue of chemical leakage at the head portion. Furthermore, by using PTFE tubes instead of the PFA tubes typically used in resin heat exchangers, we have improved heat resistance and corrosion resistance, while also reducing the friction coefficient of the internal surface to prevent the adhesion of contaminants to the internal surface. Preventing internal contamination not only helps maintain the purity of the chemical solutions but also simplifies maintenance, resulting in cost savings.
